Lloyd Barber and her husband, Gus, have lived in Martinsville for almost 30 years. She grew up in Richmond, Virginia and is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Science degree from the McIntyre School of Commerce.
Lloyd has been actively involved with several organizations in the community where she volunteered and led fundraising projects.
For her professional career Lloyd worked in brand management for Kayser Roth Hosiery and Kraft General Foods. She taught technology at Carlisle School for 9 years where her two children attended and coached the girls' varsity tennis team. Most recently she did part-time bookkeeping for several organizations in the area. In her spare time she enjoys exercise, reading, music, and spectator sports.

Patrick Francisco joined the Authority in May 2010 as the Facility Manager and is a native of Henry County. He graduated from Virginia Tech with an Associate Degree in Turfgrass Management/Landscape Contracting. His previous experience includes serving as an Assistant Golf Course Superintendant at Winding Creek Golf Course for 12 years. He has also worked at Chatmoss Country Club for numerous years.
Patrick is the proud father of two daughters Alexis and Serena.

Director of Programs
Logan joined the SRSC team in May 2017 and is from Clarksville, VA, recently moving to Martinsville. He graduated from James Madison University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with a Sports Management concentration and later graduated from Liberty University with a Master's of Science in Sports Administration.
Prior to joining SRSC, Logan completed work with Longwood University Athletics as a graduate assistant and program assistant for the JMU Men's Soccer Team. Along with his duties as Director of Programs, Logan coaches travel soccer for PYSL.

Director of Operations & Marketing
Houston joined the SRSC team in September 2015 and is a native of Bassett, Va. He graduated from Bassett High School in 2010 and James Madison University in 2014 with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Journalism while also completing minors in Sports Communications and Coaching Education. Houston comes to SRSC after two seasons in professional baseball. He spent 2015 in Jupiter, Fla. as a media relations assistant at Roger Dean Stadium, the Spring Training home of the St. Louis Cardinals and Miami Marlins. In 2014, Houston was the media relations director and play-by-play voice for the Johnson City (Tenn.) Cardinals, Rookie affiliate for the St. Louis Cardinals.
